You can delete your Hollrs account at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Delete it yourself in the app

This is the fastest route and it does not involve waiting on us. Open the Hollrs app, go to Profile, then Profile Settings, and choose to delete your account.

Or ask us to do it

Fill this in and we will come back to you. Use the email address your account is registered with, otherwise we cannot match the request to an account.

What happens to your data

Following deletion of your account we remove all personal data. We retain computer data and anonymous demographic information for analysis, as set out in clause 3.4 of the Terms of Service.

Even once deleted, data may persist on backup or archival media for legal, tax or regulatory purposes. This is covered in full in the Privacy Policy.
